Provides mental health and crisis intervention services and assists with social security, general assistance and food stamp entitlements. Operates Richard's Drop In Center. Also treatment guardianship, and peer to peer support. Offers a five day/week 4-8pm bilingual toll-free Warm Line staffed by a peer Mentor; calls are outgoing and incoming; also texting is available. Provides transitional housing for consumers discharged from the NMBHI (New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute); provides Respite Housing for Crisis situations that can be averted by offering Respite for brief periods (up to one month).
