ABQ Hours Exchange is a service exchange based on a time banking model where members indirectly exchange services without the use of money. Members volunteer services by posting requests and offers for help on our online software. Member earn hours in their online account for the time they help other members and can spend the hours they earn for a service they need by requsting a service from any member of the exchange.
