The Santa Fe Community Foundation and the City of Santa Fe have established the Fund for Refugees and Asylum Seekers to support diverse responses to address the humanitarian crisis. Registered nonprofit organizations serving this population throughout the state are invited to apply.
At last count, more than 26,200 grandparents in NM were responsible for the children living with them. NM's new Kinship Navigation Program aims to link grandparents and other relatives raising children to the resources they need for all to thrive.
