The ACL Service Unit will continue to operate a federal direct-service health care facility and will always strive to provide comprehensive, high-quality health care to anyone eligible for IHS services. On February 17, 2022, the service unit transitioned from the ACL Hospital to a federally-operated accredited ambulatory health center.
