ABQ-ALC's Career Pathways Coordinator supports students with life skills and workforce readiness training in support of participants preparing for their High School Equivalency Credential and/or college entry or employment. This transitional assistance program helps ABQ-ALC track and provide the communities it serves with impact data and its return on investment. ABQ-ALC's transitional assistance program is one of our organization's innovative models and best practices.
Our mission is to create and support thriving adults in a safe and communal environment through student-focused adult education and career services. In keeping with its mission, ABQ-ALC has over nine years of experience assisting adults to become literate and obtain the knowledge, skills, and support systems necessary for social and economic self-sufficiency including increased capacity for productive civic engagement and life-long learning.
