Social & Behavioral Health Services - Program provides a continuum of behavioral health services including outreach to streets, camps, and shelters, a drop-in center providing linkages and referrals, psycho-social assessments, individual and group counseling and therapy, case management services including comprehensive case management for clients who have severe mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders, social work, and individual and group recovery services
To provide caring and comprehensive health and integrated supportive services, linking people experiencing homelessness to individual and collective solutions, and to be a leader in implementing innovative service models and a catalyst for solutions to homelessness and uphold a commitment to diversity and equity. Provides a variety of medical, dental, mental health and substance abuse services for homeless individuals and families. Mission: To live in a world that is just and without homelessness.
