We provide recovery support services for persons with substance use disorders--alcohol, opioid, and methamphetamine. Our primary care clinic provides medication assisted treatment with buprenorphine and naltrexone. We offer evidence-based best practices with harm reduction, counseling, case management, contingency management, and peer support. SMART Recovery meetings and acudetox sessions are also available onsite. Staff conduct regular fieldwork for directly observed therapy (DOT) and housing checks. We also collaborate with State (Linkages, SOAR) and County (LEAD, AOT) programs to improve the quality of life for residents. Our Recovery Helpline is 575.395.6953.
