The ACLU of New Mexico Regional Center for Border Rights (RCBR) stands with border communities to defend and protect the United States’ constitutional guarantees of equality and justice for all families to live freely, safely and with dignity.  We use a wide range of legal, advocacy, and organizing tools locally, regionally, and nationally to defend rights along the border.
