Shelter to Rapid Re-Housing

Rental assistance program that assists women and families who are currently residing in a shelter with locating and obtaining housing. By working with program participants to overcome barriers to housing, the Shelter to Rapid Re-Housing program provides rental assistance and individualized case management to assist with life skills, increasing income, applying for entitlements, and connecting to additional resources and services.

The Barrett Home Again Housing program provides housing stability for individuals and families experiencing homelessness through intenstive case management, leasing assistance, rental subsidies and by collaborating with other community partners to create a holistic support system.
