Assists low-income homeowners who do not have sufficient resources necessary to make needed repairs so their home meets construction standards. To qualify the property must be located in the unincorporated areas of Bernalillo County, occupied by an income eligible homeowner, and be the owner’s principal residence.
The Bernalillo County Housing Department provides decent, safe, sanitary, affordable housing opportunities to income eligible residents of the county.
