Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) provides positive life change for at-risk youth through professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring relationships with caring adults. Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Our vision is that all youth achieve their full potential. We partner with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community to hold ourselves accountable for each child we mentor achieving: 1) higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships; 2) avoidance of risky behaviors; 3) and educational goals. Our gold-standard, one-to-one mentoring model empowers children to realize their own personal potential and become productive community members.
