CNM Ingenuity, Inc.

CNM Ingenuity Inc. (CNM Ingenuity) is the enterprise arm of Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). CNM Ingenuity’s mission is to promote the public welfare and prosperity of the people of New Mexico and to foster economic development in both the private and public sectors of the state. CNM Ingenuity supports a new approach to workforce development that provides accelerated educational and training opportunities in key workforce areas and cooperative ventures that foster job creation in the region. CNM Ingenuity programs have been designed with the specific needs of underrepresented populations in mind, including wrap-around support services, making it easier for these groups to receive and engage in the training required to become employed in family-sustaining career-track jobs. CNM Ingenuity targets underrepresented individuals including women, people of color, and veterans in technology and entrepreneurship programs for recruitment and enrollment.
