The Colfax County Health Profile, created in partnership with the NM Community Data Collaborative, provides data on 17 equity indicators linked to health council priorities for their community. Equity is defined as everyone having the opportunity to reach their “full health potential” without disadvantage from “socially determined circumstances.” A listing of health profiles for all counties is available here.
