Parent Organization

The Community Health Foundation was founded in the early 80’s as the Sierra Vista Hospital Foundation. In 1994, the Foundation became a 501(c)(3) and changed its name to The Community Health Foundation with the mission of raising money for patient care equipment. The Foundation consists of community members from Sierra County.
