Adult Day Services

Cornucopia provides community based Adult Day Services for those 18 and older. We serve those with developmental disabilities, the frail elderly, the home-bound and those with conditions that will not allow their families to leave them alone during the day. Our Adult Day Services provides small and large group activities, social and recreational activities. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and transportation provided.

Cornucopia Adult and Family Services (Cornucopia) provides family-oriented, daytime services and a supported living residential program for the elderly, frail, and individuals with intellectual disabilities. We offer a safe, reputable, and growth oriented environment for our clients and support each individual’s preferences to make their own choices and advocate for themselves, helping to maximize his/her potential in a community based setting. Cornucopia helps to prevent institutionalization and prolong the independence of vulnerable loved ones.
