Eviction Prevention & Diversion Program. A new court-based program will assist New Mexicans facing the possible loss of housing during the pandemic and provide landlords with an alternative to evicting tenants unable to pay their rent.The Eviction Prevention and Diversion Program will be piloted in the Ninth Judicial District of Curry and Roosevelt counties starting Feb. 1, and will be expanded statewide in March 2022. The Curry County Health Profile, created in partnership with the NM Community Data Collaborative, provides data on 17 equity indicators linked to health council priorities for their community. Equity is defined as everyone having the opportunity to reach their “full health potential” without disadvantage from “socially determined circumstances.” A listing of health profiles for all counties is available here.
