The Pavilions is a structured nine to twelve month program at a 26-bed living site for women upon release from incarceration. Women participate in on-site therapeutic programming addressing substance addictions and mental illness, as well as, life skills education, group therapy, parenting, vocational training, holistic health services and community activities. All services are aimed at helping the women move toward self–sufficiency. Program rules and a graduated, goal driven level system, create close supervision and structure early in the program, with increasing independence as successful participation continues.
The mission of Crossroads for Women is to provide comprehensive, integrated services to empower women emerging from incarceration to achieve safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives in the community, for themselves and their children.
