The De Baca County Sheriff’s Office is comprised of five sworn deputies and one civil support staff member. The Sheriff’s Office is run out of a centrally located facility, which houses the Field Services Division and Criminal Investigations Division. The Court Services Division is responsible for security of the district court, prisoner transport statewide as well as process service throughout De Baca County.
The mission of the De Baca County Sheriff’s Department is to fulfill the law enforcement needs of our community with the highest degree of fairness, professionalism and integrity. In partnership with the citizens of the county, we will provide service in an ethical and fiscally responsible manner, while preserving the rights of all individuals.
