The Center will provide services to people, referred to as guests experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis and will ensure engagement in recovery. Staff will provide a comprehensive discharge plan to connect guests to local healthcare providers, resources or other agencies in the community, as needed. Services are designed to meet the best-practice standards set by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and align with the Nationally-recognized Crisis Now Model.
