Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Community School is a prenatal (FACE) - 8th Grade school. The school is located in New Mexico on the eastern part of the Navajo Reservation near Huerfano Mountain, which is also one of the sacred mountains to the Navajo people. The schools serves several chapters and communities.
Each year Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Community School enrolls between 150-180 students who are predominantly Navajo. The school's population comes from the surrounding chapters; Huerfano, Nageezi, Counselor, Nenahnezad and Shiprock. Most of the students enrolled at Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Community School are from the area, and their parents have the most interaction with the school. Parents serve on the (PAC) Parent Advisory Committee to support the school, and they also participate in school function. Many of the students reside in the Residential Dormitory along with Bloomfield High School Students.
The mission of Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Community Grant School is to nurture, teach and challenge our students to reach their fullest potential.
