Developing and maintaining recreational infrastructure is an inclusive and shared responsibility. ECTA will coordinate maintenance of trail system through establishment of cohesive volunteer pool accessing Member groups (RMYC, TLT, FIT, Taos Hiking Club, local civic groups, Moreno Valley Trekkers, trail association members, etc.).
The Enchanted Circle Trail Association will establish and maintain a trail system in the Enchanted Circle for residents and visitors alike.
ECTA is a group of community members dedicated to the creation of a trail system to positively affect community health, increase economic development through recreational tourism and improve the quality of life in the region.
