Los Angelitos Early Childhood Service is an early intervention program that provides specialized services and supports to eligible children and their families birth to three years of age, with identified developmental delays or who are at risk for delay.
Children grow and learn important skills during their first three years of life. All families want their children to grow and reach their potential, but families of children with disabilities, or delays in development face unique challenges and need extra help. (ECI) is an important resource for all families.
EnSueños Y Los Angelitos Development Center’s (ELADC) mission is to provide quality, individualized services, birth through life, to children with special needs, adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families by a specialized team of professionals.
