FYI's transitional and supportive living for young adults program assists young people ages 17.5-23 who have aged out of foster care and/or who lack supportive services to achieve housing and financial stability. We provide transitional living services to young adults in NM as they transition to adulthood by providing a safe home along with rental assistance and other assistance related to financial security. Youth in this program receive case management including physical health and well-being, mental health, and education and employment support until they are able to achieve and maintain their own living environment.
