The National Center for Family/Professional Partnerships provides leadership on implementing the core component of a system of care for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN), that is: Families will partner in decision-making at all levels and will be satisfied with the services they receive. Kids As Self Advocates (KASA) is a national, grassroots project created by youth with disabilities for youth. We are teens and young adults with disabilities speaking out. KASA knows youth can make choices and advocate for themselves if they have the information and support they need. Bright Futures for Families is a national initiative for families and communities to promote and improve the health and well-being of children of all ages. We offer resources for families based on the award winning, federally supported Bright Futures initiative, developed through the support of public health, non-profit, and corporate organizations.
Family Voices aims to achieve family-centered care for all children and youth with special health care needs and/or disabilities.
