Dental services for adults and children. First Choice Community Healthcare provides compassionate, high quality dental care in three convenient locations at discounted prices for those who qualify. Our focus is on helping our patients achieve and maintain good oral health through regular visits. We extract teeth, fill cavities, place crowns and bridges and perform root canals to get our patients back on their feet. We provide comprehensive exams, treatment plans, teeth cleaning, some denture work, but no orthodontics.
We contract with Medicaid and many dental insurance plans. Sliding scale fees. Uninsured patients pay according to their income and family size. The initial down-payment is $75. Payment is expected at time of service. Call to learn more.
