The purpose of the Prosecution Program is to enforce state laws and to ensure and improve the protection, safety, welfare, health, and quality of life of the citizens and visitors within Santa Fe, Rio Arriba and Los Alamos Counties.The Program’s services include investigation, victim/witness assistance, trial preparation, administration, law enforcement technical assistance, and community outreach.
