First Nations Community Healthsource/

First Nations Community Healthsource (FNCH)

Provides holistic integrated health services including behavioral health, dental, traditional healing, alternative therapies, and an array of support services to Native Americans and other underserved populations. Primary care, dental and behavioral health accepts appointments and walk-ins. Other programs include WIC, diabetes prevention education, HIV prevention and case management, homeless outreach and case management, healthy relationship education, youth mentoring, and community health education and outreach (including Pathways Program, Enabling Services Program, and Medicaid enrollment.)
