Flagstaff Medical Center Behavioral Health Services is a private JCHHO approved behavioral health facility in northern Arizona. Provides services from inpatient to partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, outpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency programs for persons 12 years to adulthood, as well as elders.
