FEVA provides low cost spay/neuter vouchers to pet owners, we are not a clinic. You pay for the voucher and take it to one of the two veterinarians that have approved us and give it to them. We will cover the rest of the cost for that spay/neuter except for items noted on the website. Friends of Estancia Valley Animals is a 501c3 non-profit group of volunteers that seeks to provide low cost spay neuter options for citizens of the Estancia Valley and East Mountain communities. Funds obtained from grants and donations are provided to citizens who have a financial need for low cost spay and neuter sugeries for their pet. We provide financial help for individual surgeries through participating local vets and we also schedule multiple low cost spay/neuter surgeries through mobile clinics as often as we can, depending on funding availablility.
