Georgia O'Keeffe Museum Art & Leadership Program for Girls and Program for Boys

The O’Keeffe Museum’s nationally recognized Art and Leadership Program for Girls and Program for Boys serves more than 150 at-risk and underserved youth ages 11 – 14 in the Santa Fe area every year. The curriculum offers opportunities for independent thinking, confidence-building, problem-solving and the development of artistic talents. The program focuses on self-discovery and the exploration of creativity through art-making, writing, music and movement exercise that promote resiliency and self-assurance. Youth are nominated by the art teachers in the Santa Fe Public Schools and tuition is provided by the Museum.
