The Santa Fe County Community Services Department and United Way of Santa Fe County are partnering to bring the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to the children and families of Santa Fe County. The Imagination Library program was founded by Dolly Parton in 1995 to increase reading among young children. The program provides a carefully selected book that arrives in the mailbox each month from the day the child is born until he/she is 5 years old. Books are selected by a national panel of experts.
El Departamento de Servicios Comunitarios del Condado de Santa Fe y United Way de Santa Fe se asocian para llevar la Biblioteca de la Imaginación de Dolly Parton a los niños y familias del mismo. El programa Biblioteca de la Imaginación fue creado por Dolly Parton en el año 1995 para fomentar la lectura en los niños pequeños. El programa entrega un libro escogido cuidadosamente que llega al buzón de correo todos los meses, desde la fecha de nacimiento de un niño hasta que cumpla los 5 años de edad. Los libros son escogidos por un equipo nacional de expertos. Hay formularios de registro disponibles tanto en inglés como en español.
