Transitional Living and Recovery Center

We offer a long-term living facility for young people age 14-21 where we work with each resident on building a new and meaningful life in which drugs and alcohol no longer have a place. We focus on individualized programming that includes IOP, group and family therapy, life skills, education opportunities (high school and college), job readiness, and tools to develop effective coping skills while maintaining positive, healthy relationships. We provide opportunities to participate in community service, learn new hobbies and trades, and learn ways to keep their mind and body stimulated and healthy. A detailed after-care plan includes services and resources for sustained recovery.

Healing Addiction in Our Community

Healing Addiction in Our Community is a non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to awareness, education and treatment for young people struggling with addiction. We provide education and awareness events to schools, parents, teachers, social workers, doctors, dentists, and many other professionals on a wide-range of substance abuse issues affecting young people in NM. We also opened an adolescent treatment center in Bernalillo County that provides long-term sober living, providing a broad range of services for youth age 14 -21. Serenity Mesa offers a home like, therapeutic environment where young people can finish their high school education, learn job readiness and life skills while receiving intensive therapy to help them sustain long-term recovery. Our mission statement is "Awareness through education and choice"
