Project Pulse was created to increase the survival rates for victims of Sudden Cardiac Arrest throughout New Mexico. The Foundation offers first responder technology to aid in the prevention of premature death in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. Our Project Pulse program places lifesaving devices in approved businesses or organizations and provides the initial training for staff. Applications are reviewed and awarded on an ongoing basis. Project Pulse raises AED awareness, provides widespread CPR/AED education and places AED's in key locations throughout the area. Since the Inception of Project Pulse, we have placed at least one AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in every county in New Mexico.
Our mission is to promote cardiovascular wellness throughout New Mexico. Our goal is to improve the survivability of sudden cardiac arrest by promoting awareness, education and immediate access to Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) throughout New Mexico. Our objective is to make AEDs as accessible as fire extinguishers throughout our community.
