HELP-NM inc. exist to create self-sufficiency and promote economic opportunities to strengthen families throughout New Mexico. Provides in and out of school eligible youth and young adults educational and employment assistance. The focus of Sierra County Youth Services is to provide: personal assessment; inventory of career interests; financial literacy training; educational enhancements; community service opportunities; guidance in aligning skills; development of an employability plan; paid work experience; transition assistance and entrepreneurship opportunities.
