Intel, the Intel Foundation and Intel employees contribute nearly $4 million a year to schools, nonprofit organizations and programs in New Mexico in support of education, the environment, and quality of life. In 2014, Intel employees generated nearly $390,000 in matching Intel Foundation grants by volunteering more than 50,000 hours in schools and non-profits.

As a partner with schools, universities, government, and nonprofit organizations in New Mexico, Intel strives to give children the education and 21st century tools they need to succeed. Company contributions include grants to public schools in support of science, technology, engineering, and math education.

Environmental Stewardship

Intel New Mexico supports environmental initiatives that improve sustainability awareness and conservation efforts in the community. For example, Intel has partnered with the City of Albuquerque and a local TV station to host an electronic waste recycling event.
