Integrative Healthcare
Jemez Valley Community Wellness/

Integrative Healthcare

We believe our health is directly related to the health of the planet. If we can come back to the basics, including clean food and water, as well as a sense of community, our health will improve. Prevention is the best medicine, and we are proud to offer direct care and educational classes on various health topics such as nutrition, trauma response, and stress reduction.

Conventional healthcare continues to be a challenge in rural New Mexico communities. We view our vision as essential to our community as many residents travel over an hour to fill the gaps with alternative treatments to help them meet their personal health and wellness goals.

We are driven by our core values: nature, self-care, and community. This helps us to stay focused on developing treatment options and educational programs to include naturopathic and ayurvedic primary care, behavioral health counseling, therapeutic massage, yoga and KAATSU, and a variety of alternative healing.

Jemez Valley Community Wellness welcomes in a number of resident and rotating practitioners who are specialists in a variety of holistic healthcare disciplines including sound therapy, energy work, and Aztec healing.
