Out Of School Program
Jobs for America's Graduates - New Mexico/

Out Of School Program

The JAG Out-of-School (OOS) model supports young adults ages 16–24 who are not in school and not employed, helping them re-engage in education and the workforce. Through individualized coaching and wraparound services, JAG Specialists guide participants in overcoming barriers, developing life and employability skills, and building a plan for their future. Many participants work toward earning their GED or High School Equivalency (HSE) while also exploring career pathways, enrolling in training programs, or gaining meaningful employment. The program is flexible and youth-centered, meeting each participant where they are. With a focus on long-term success, the model includes 12 months of follow-up after program completion to support stability in education, employment, and life.
