We are a federally-funded program providing outpatient primary health care, dental care, case management, referrals, and street outreach services to the homeless community in Santa Fe County. We also work closely with other service agencies that provide services to the homeless. Our medical clinic strives to create a safe, trusting, and respectful environment for all homeless individuals. Walk-ins are welcomed!
