The mission of La Piñon is to provide a comprehensive array of services related to sexual assault and abuse to individuals, families and the community. La Piñon believes that by offering unconditional support, information and a safe environment for change, the person who has been sexually assaulted can take steps to regain control of their life and make the transition from victim to survivor. Crisis Intervention (First Response), Medical Advocacy (SANE Unit) and Legal Assistance, KidTalk Warmline (575-636-3636), Therapeutic Counseling, Childrens Advocacy Center, Rural Program,and Community Outreach and Prevention Education Unit.
