  • Breast & Cervical Cancer(screenings)
  • Children's Medical Services(children and youth with special health care needs)
  • Community Collaborative Care
    Medical and supportive case management for HIV services according to Ryan White Part B grant funding; Aid & Comfort financial assistance from local nonprofit fundraising available for some services not paid by federal grant.
  • Diabetes Self Care Management Education
  • Disease Prevention
    Syringe exchange/disposal on walk-in basis Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. Offer the video-based iHEAL (integrated Health Education for Addictive Lifestyles) class to small groups on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons as arranged. Operate the Hepatitis C & Buprenorphine Helpline and the Narcan/Naloxone Opiate Overdose Prevention Helpline.
  • Disease Surveillance
    Infectious Disease Nurse Epidemiologist for reporting and field follow-up regarding communicable diseases, especially vaccine-preventable diseases and enteric or food-borne illnesses.
  • Family Planning
  • Harm Reduction
    Syringe exchange, narcan overdose prevention training/dispensing, Suboxone/buprenophine treatment for opiate addiction, hepatitis C care & treatment.
  • Health Promotion
    Community health improvement by mobilizing community residents about health issues and solutions and by coalition building to promote health planning and collaboration among local organizations and stakeholders.
  • Hepatitis(counseling and testing or immunization if at risk)
  • Human Immunodeficiency Virus(counseling and testing)
  • Immunizations(available for children through age 18 and limited for adults)
  • Preventive Medicine Clinic
    Reproductive health services (family planning, sexually transmitted infections) and communicable disease testing (HIV/HCV) and treatment (TB). Walk-in pregnancy testing and Medicaid application assistance if eligible. Rapid testing available for HIV and HCV. Partner services related to STI/HIV available on site. Opens at 7:30am Monday-Friday and opened until 7:00pm on Wednesday.
  • Public Health Resource Center
    Hepatitis C care & treatment with UNMHSC Project ECHO; diabetes self care management training classes in English and Spanish. Narcan/naloxone overdose prevention training and distribution offered on Tuesdays and Thursday at 2:00pm.
  • Sexually Transmitted Diseases(testing and treatment with partner services)
  • Southwest Pathways
    Opiate replacement/substitution therapy with Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone); SMART Recovery® meetings at noon on Wednesdays.
  • Tuberculosis(treatment)
  • Vital Records(birth and death certificates)
    Birth certificate issuance only.
  • Women, Infants and Children(special supplemental nutrition program)
