Agency direct services offered primarily in Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, Los Alamos and Taos Counties through programs in 3 major areas:1) Child and Family Services, integrated services and supports focused on early intervention for children with developmental disabilities and/or delays and early childhood mental health for children from birth to age six and their families; 2) Adult Services, providing residential, employment, day habilitation and community integration support for adults with developmental disabilities; and 3) Respite and Personal Care, offering support for families of children and adults with disabilities.
Registration and Intake for grandparents (or other relatives) raising grandchildren can be done at the office or, if the grandparent (or other relative) is age 55+, it can be done in-home as we know that it can be difficult to get out of the house for multiple appointments. (Call (505) 955-0410).
The Mission of Las Cumbres is to provide quality services, public awareness, and integrated community suports for children, adults and families facing social, emotional and developmental challenges. All Las Cumbres programs are operated on the belief that services should be easily accessible, consumer driven, relationship based, culturally appropriate, and built on individual strengths and natural supports in order to best meet the needs of each individual served.
