Developmental Disabilities Supports Waiver Fact Sheet

On July 1, 2020, the DDSD launched the Supports Waiver program that provides support to individuals who are on the Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver Wait List. The program provides a $10,000 allocation to purchase from a menu of support options. Individuals can also select a Community Supports Coordinator who will guide, assist and monitor their participation and services in the waiver.
