HM 65 declared March 5, 2019 as "End Hunger Day" in the NM House of Representatives; directed that the Hunger Council continue its work on a statewide plan for ending hunger in NM and directed that members of the NM Legislature be requested to form a "hunger caucus" to support legislation with the goal of ending hunger in New Mexico.
