Provides before and afterschool programs, a fitness center, a literacy program, karate, cooking, dance, cheer, and a open gym time. Offers Parkys Pals, a first step program with recreation and academics four to five days a week, with performances, and field trips. The RICH/Life Skills Program provides participants a place to learn life skills, blue book value, interst, checking account, etc. The program also has field trips to learn the processes of banking, electricity and others. The summer program is offered seven weeks of the summer from 7-6. The program fullfills the needs of the parents during this time with field trips, learning activities, and other structured activities. In addition to the programs the center has 10 pentium computers with instruction.
