MATHCOUNTS provides engaging math programs for US middle school students of all ability levels to build confidence and improve attitudes toward math and problem solving. We invite these math-enthusiast students to compete in the Mathcounts Competition Series, where the top half scoring students in each Regional Competition advance to the State Competition. The top four students at the State Competition travel to Nationals to compete against 55 other teams, encouraging continued enthusiasm in math and stem fields.
