MECA Therapies provides DD Waiver services in Dona Ana, Chaves, Quay, Roosevelt & Curry Counties. The DD Waiver is a program through the New Mexico Department of Health Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DOH/DDSD) that serves individuals with specific related conditions and developmental disabilities that occur before the age of 22.MECA Therapies provides Speech-Language, Occupational and Physical Therapy services in all five counties and Behavioral Support services in Chaves County through the DD Waiver Program. All DD Waiver services are provided in the home and community setting.
MECA Therapies has been providing therapy services since 1998. MECA Therapies is comprised of a group of 125 highly trained employees who function as a family of professionals. We employ both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking therapists to serve within our communities.
We work with clients and their families in natural settings within the home and community (home, Daycare, Dayhab, etc.) through our Early Childhood Program and Developmental Disabilities Waiver program.
