The Positive Expectations Program is an adult Psychosocial Rehabilitation service program designed to meet the needs of the Adult Chronically mentally ill. The program is based on a ""classroom"" model and is structured to teach principles of recovery and resiliency specific to independent living skills. The program is provided in conjunction with an outpatient counseling program based on individualized treatment specific to each client.
