"We promote legal and victim advocacy in order to ensure fairness and due process for all parties involved especially if individuals can not afford legal representation or may not have access to formal legal representation. With a legal and victim advocate it helps build the gaps in the justice system, particularly in cases where individuals lack the resources or understanding to navigate the legal system."

WHAT WE OFFER: 

• Representation for clients in Tribal Court with common civil matters. 
• Help Navigate the legal system and you don’t have to do it alone. 
• Holding perpetrators accountable legally. 
• Advocate for safety and privacy throughout the legal process. 
• Build relationships with advocates from northern and southern Pueblo’s, Navajo Nation, Apache, and other tribes. 
• Collaborate and communicate with Tribal Court Staff, BIA Law Enforcement, Tribal Probation Caseworker, social services, ICWA and other system agencies.
