If you're a teen and someone important to you is an addict, you can find support in a Narateen group. Narateen is designed for teen Nar-Anon members. If you don't know where there is a group near you, talk to someone in a Nar-Anon group to ask if there are any Narateen groups in your area, and if not ask if they could facilitate a Narateen group. Visit the national website and click on "Find a Meeting" to find contact info for a Nar-Anon meeting near you.
The Nar-Anon Family Groups is primarily for those who know or have known a feeling of desperation concerning the addiction problem of someone very near to you. Our program, which is not a religious one but a spiritual way of life, is based on the Twelve Steps of Nar-Anon.
