INDIGENT WELFARE CASKET: Burial assistance up to $2,500.00 paid directly to the funeral home for indigent casket, professional services, and transportation from the funeral home to the burial site. DISASTER ASSISTANCE: Provides vouchers to purchase food, clothing, blankets, and towels for victims who have been burned out of their home. BLOCK GRANT: This program is used for self sufficiency (i.e, will assist if a person wants to go back to school or a person who has just started work but will not get paid in time to cover their rent, etc.). LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE: Helps those qualified individuals who live on the reservation with heating bills, weatherization, and wood stoves. All assistance is contingent upon available funds.General Social Services ONLY. For CPS (Child Prot GENERAL ASSISTANCE: Covers basic needs, for those who meet eligibility requirements.
